  • If you submit our contact form, we use your answers to understand your request and connect you with relevant third-party providers (marketplaces, brokers, insurers, advisors) who transact §6418 credits.
  • We may be paid a referral fee if you go on to work with a provider we introduce. An introduction is not an endorsement.
  • Because we share your details with those providers and may be compensated, this can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some U.S. state laws. You can opt out at any time.
  • We don't run display ads on this site.

1) Information we collect

A) Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, work email, phone number, company, role, country, and details about your interest in §6418 credit transfers (such as buyer/seller/advisor status, credit types, deal size, timeline), plus any message you write and the consent choices you make. Please don't include highly sensitive data (SSNs/EINs, bank details, or confidential deal documents) in the form.

B) Information collected automatically

Like most websites, basic technical data may be collected automatically — for example IP address, browser and device type, and the referring page — for security, performance, and basic site operation. This site is hosted on Blogger (Google), which may set functional cookies needed to run the site.

C) Our form and storage providers

Our contact form is provided by Tally, and submissions are stored in Google Sheets. When you submit the form, your responses are processed by these providers on our behalf so we can receive and manage your inquiry.

2) How we use your information

We use the information you provide to understand your request, respond to you, and — where relevant — introduce you to third-party providers who transact these credits. We use automatically-collected technical data to keep the site secure and working. If you opt in, we may also send you occasional updates about §6418 credit transfers; you can unsubscribe at any time.

3) How we share your information

We share your information in these limited ways:

  • Third-party providers, to make introductions. With your inquiry, we may share your details with one or more marketplaces, brokers, tax-credit insurers, or advisory/law firms who transact these credits. We may receive a referral fee or other compensation if you go on to work with them. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any provider or deal.
  • Service providers. Vendors that help us run the site and the form (for example, hosting, the form tool, and storage) may process data on our behalf.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the site.

Prefer that we don't share your details with providers? Just say so in the form's message field (or contact us), and we'll simply answer your questions instead.

4) Your consent to be contacted, and how to opt out

If you check the contact-consent box on our form, you agree that TaxCreditTransfer and the third-party providers we introduce you to may contact you by phone, text, and email about §6418 credit transactions. You can withdraw that consent at any time — reply STOP to texts, unsubscribe from emails, or tell us using our contact form — and we'll stop and pass your request along. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect contact that already happened.

5) Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of it. Because our introductions may count as a sale or sharing under those laws, you can opt out: use our contact form, note "do not share / opt out," and we'll honor it. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

6) Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, make introductions, keep records of consent, and meet legal or operational needs, then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact form.

7) Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or transmission is completely secure. Please don't send highly sensitive personal data through the form or by message.

8) Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
